To participate in the www.visitsouthwest.co.uk website, you must be a member of a national recognised quality assurance scheme.
FREE advisory visits for accommodation business operators looking to improve their star rating, try for a Silver or Gold award or seeking advice from the assessor prior to making improvements to your property. (N.B.Visits would be pre-arranged and be up to one half-day and subject to availability. Larger establishments wanting a 'mystery guest' overnightassessment to assess service and hospitality levels can pay an additional fee and upgrade to an overnight advisory visit.)
VisitBritain accommodation ratings can benefit from heavily discounted rates for 'Quality' one-day workshops to be run in late spring/early summer 2008 at top locations across the region. Aimed to inspire, inform and encourage debate, the sessions will be of interest to owners and managers from all sectors and include presentations from successful operators happy to share their experience - £10.00 + VAT (normally £55.00 + VAT).
New/first time applicants will receive a 15% discount off all quoted 2008 fees for AA accommodation recognition schemes. A range of fee paying 'mystery guest' and training services are also available.
